Refund and Returns Policy
At Mastya Mart, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality fish and seafood. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our returns and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining food safety standards.
1. No Return Policy for Perishable Items
Fish and seafood products are perishable goods and cannot be returned once delivered.
We request customers to check the order at the time of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Quantity mismatch
- Product is spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery
- Order not delivered but payment was successful
⚠️ Important:
Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Delay in reporting the issue beyond the allowed time
- Change of mind after delivery
- Improper storage or handling by the customer
- Minor natural variations in size, color, or weight of fish
- Partial consumption of the product
4. Refund Process
Once your complaint is verified:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (UPI, Card, Net Banking via Razorpay)
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated
5. Order Cancellation Policy
a. Before Order Processing
Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
b. After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed due to the perishable nature of fish products.
6. Delivery Issues
If the delivery could not be completed due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
The order will be treated as delivered, and no refund will be issued.
